CRB named new leadership roles in the company’s Midwest region, including the Denver, Omaha and Kansas City offices. Jake Adams, Nick Svoboda and Colton Koncak will assume new office and market team leadership roles in support of growth within the region and service to CRB clients.

“CRB prides itself on our strong leadership, from the project level to executive leadership. These three professionals have demonstrated track records of championing both successful client outcomes and rewarding employee experiences,” said Jeff Rozelle, Vice President, Regional Operations, Midwest. “I look forward to partnering with each of them to grow our Midwest region and support our clients in meeting their goals.”

Jake Adams, mRNA Market Segment Lead and Project Manager, will lead the Colorado office, an interdisciplinary team of design and construction professionals uniquely qualified to deliver projects in regulated industries. Adams has been with CRB for more than 10 years and served as Process Engineer, Market Segment Lead and Project Manager and now is excited to lead the Denver office in supporting clients across the Front Range and expanding geographies.

Nick Svoboda was named Office Leader and Market Team Leader for the Omaha, Nebraska office. Joining CRB in 2019, Svoboda served as Project Manager for a major Midwest project while also supporting the growth of the Omaha team and services to local clients. Prior to joining CRB, Svoboda worked for Kiewit for 15 years.

Colton Koncak returned to CRB’s headquarters to serve as Market Team Leader. Koncak led the Denver office for the last two years and managed multiple projects, including Food Engineering’s Sustainable Plant of the Year for MycoTechnology. Now based in Kansas City, Koncak will lead an integrated team, leveraging his end-to-end project delivery experience — from early design and procurement through operational readiness.
