Over his career, Wade has executed capital projects as a general contractor, construction manager, owner’s representative, program manager and corporate executive. Today, in his role as Vice President of Design and Construction Operations, he is a trusted partner to all, using his past experiences to lead CRB’s project management, project controls, procurement, and field operations.

His hands-on experience working with owners, designers, trade partners, commissioning teams and operational readiness groups gives him valuable insight into what it takes to achieve successful client outcomes.

Wade is an expert in lean design and construction. He has successfully implemented lean practices on major projects for clients like Merck, Takeda, Boehringer Ingelheim, Pfizer and more.
