Over his career, Wade has executed capital projects as a general contractor, construction manager, owner’s representative, program manager and corporate executive. Today, in his role as ONEsolution™ Director, he is a trusted partner to all, using his past experiences to lead integrated teams to successful project outcomes.

His hands-on experience working with owners, designers, trade partners, commissioning teams and operational readiness groups gives him valuable insight into what it takes to successfully integrate project teams at every level.
