Focus on ONEsolution integrated project delivery brings Jim Elliott to CRB

Clients seeking to maximize their capital investments are demanding high quality and efficient execution on their construction projects. To support this increased demand, CRB has hired Jim Elliott, a veteran project execution expert with deep experience in quality construction, as its new Director of Field Operations.

Previously at IPS-Integrated Project Services, Elliott will drive CRB’s delivery of high-quality work across the company’s verticals while leading a team of field execution champions. Elliott will direct all aspects of project delivery – from lean and safety emphasis through to quality control and customer experience – to help clients wring the most value from their capital spends.

“In my first few months at CRB, I’ve noticed the commitment to quality execution at all levels of the company,” said Elliott. “We listen to our field staff who are working on site every day. If they notice opportunities for improvement, changes are made. We are constantly improving our tools and techniques to provide our clients with a better experience.”

Elliott’s 35 years of experience include directing the construction of advanced technology and manufacturing facilities, among them major upgrade projects for numerous large life sciences and biotechnology companies.

“Bringing Jim on board was an easy decision,” said Tom Bonczek, CRB’s vice president of construction services. “He started in construction when he was 15 years old and can relate to the field staff because he’s been in their shoes. We’re excited for our clients to get to know Jim and see how he can drive an even better project experience.”
