Kulkarni Co-Authors Operations Management Good Practice Guide

ISPE’s Operations Management Community of Practice (OM-CoP) recently published its first Operations Management Good Practice Guide.  Niranjan Kulkarni, PhD, Director Operations Improvement at CRB, is a steering committee member of the OM-CoP, and also the co-author of this guidance document. 

Congratulations to Dr. Kulkarni for co-authoring the industry’s first Operations Management Good Practice Guide. The document is available online through ISPE: http://www.ispe.org/ispe-good-practice-guides/operations-management

As part of the OM-CoP, Niranjan is working to evaluate the maturity of our industry in adopting the techniques and concepts introduced in the guide. The findings will be presented at the upcoming ISPE Annual Meeting in Atlanta, GA this September.
