Jim Higley has more than 25 years of experience in integrated project delivery, construction management, and operations. Prior to working with CRB, Jim gained experience in food and beverage, pet care, industrial manufacturing, ingredient, and the supply chain distribution markets working in the design-build construction industry. His executive-level experience and skill in integrated project delivery, operations management, developing sub-contractor trade partnerships, and project negotiation make him a valuable asset to our team.
Jim serves on the board of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry, The Siouxland Initiative, and FPSA Prepared Food Steering Committee.
