An established biotech company came to us with this very conundrum—its research and manufacturing campus infrastructure was showing its age. Our architects leaned on deep experience within the biotech sector to transform our client’s existing labs and aging campus into a stunning center of excellence.

For a modern aesthetic, we drew strong visual connections through vertical and collaborative stair connections.

The updated design strategically made new additions to the building and introduced a much-needed social center to the once compact space.

In this instance, the caliber of work performed within the building was not matched by the facility’s aging physical appearance. An updated design was the simple, but necessary, solution to better capture the company’s drive, innovation and story. A company’s facility is more than just the shell and walls; it’s an immersive first impression that requires continual care and occasional updates.
