Jeff Wegner is a Fellow of Energy & Sustainability, a registered mechanical engineer, Certified Energy Manager and LEED Accredited Professional with experience in mechanical design and project management. His career began in 2005 and is focused in the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, aerospace, high-tech industrial and energy services industries. His diverse background lends itself well to his unique innovation in design on projects from mission critical facilities to sustainability projects.
His expertise includes site utility master planning, alternative energy solutions, high-potency drugs, biocontainment, chemistry and biology labs, clean-room and final fill finish line design and clean and plant utility system design.
Wegner is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Association of Energy Engineers and International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering. Wegner also serves as a mentor for ACE Mentor Program of America Inc. where he works with high school students and inspires them to pursue a career in engineering design and construction. He enjoys participating and leading educational and integral industry activities to drive the field of mechanical engineering in highly technical facilities.
