James has been a key CRB team member since he started in the Rockville, MD office in 2015 as a mechanical engineer, working on some of our first ONEsolution projects. His hands-on experience with clients like Merck, Emergent, KBI Biopharma and more has helped grow the ONEsolution delivery method to what it is today.
In his current role, as ONEsolution™ Director in the Western region, he is committed to making ONEsolution projects a remarkable experience for all.
James is an advocate for lean delivery practices and believes that the foundational lean principle of “respect for people” is what makes a successful team.
