Ryan Little has more than 15 years of experience in cost controls. He has worked on the owner’s side, the self-perform contractor’s side, and the AEC firm’s side. Experienced in controlling cost on capital projects from $10,000 to $200,000,000+, Ryan focuses on implementation, best practices and continuous improvement of CRB’s cost management practices, globally.
Ryan is passionate about lean construction techniques and a firm believer and champion for target value delivery. He works closely with clients and project teams on ONEsolution™ projects to align on budget and scope, and then deliver on a target value.
