ENR ranks CRB among global leaders for industrial process design

Jan 20, 2021

Not long after opening our first European offices, CRB is rising among the ranks of the world’s most successful engineering, design and construction companies. Engineering News-Record recently measured international leaders in industrial process design for 2020, placing CRB no. 32 less than five years after the company established its international presence with offices in Stuttgart, Germany; Basel, Switzerland; and Toronto, Canada.

The top-40 ranking comes as CRB increases its role in the global COVID-19 vaccine and therapy effort, providing design, engineering, and construction to pharmaceutical clients who are racing to manufacture vaccine and therapy capacity across the world. As part of our integrated global network of offices, CRB’s European teams, with support from across the company’s North American footprint,  also support numerous biotech clients developing a broad array of therapy solutions aimed at addressing existing and emerging health threats.

Working across Europe and North America, CRB’s project teams are meeting the significant and complex challenges posed by the pandemic, using innovative technology and cloud-based collaboration tools to offer clients an integrated project delivery approach that keeps them on-time and on-budget—without sacrificing the high quality for which CRB is internationally known.

“We’re humbled to play such a key role in the COVID-19 response in Europe and abroad, as well as cement our reputation as a trusted provider of design, engineering and construction solutions for companies battling against the varied health threats confronting patients and our world,” said Eric Unrau, Regional Leader for CRB’s European operations. “Taking our place among industry-leading solution providers is a gratifying validation of our hard work. But we’re just getting started, and we are focused on delivering for our clients while supporting our strong employee workforce across the world.”
