Jeff Biskup

Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairman

Jeff co-founded CRB in 1984 and currently serves as the firm’s CEO and Board Chairman. Under Jeff’s leadership the company has been a part of 18 Facility of the Year winners and been recognized as ISPE Company of the Year three times. He oversees CRB’s international growth and leadership development. A licensed Professional Engineer in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, he co-chairs ISPE’s Facilities of the Future Conference.

Ryan Schroeder

President

Since joining the company in 1987 and later as leader of the company’s Midwest operations, Ryan has focused his technical career on process/process utility design, facility programming and layout and project management. He became president in 2017, and major CRB clients under his oversight have included Wyeth, Pfizer, Amgen, Boehringer Ingelheim, Baxter, and Genentech.

Tim Barba

Chief Operating Officer for Global Technical Operations

Tim is responsible for balancing operating efficiencies with consistent quality deliverables to our clients. Tim joined CRB’s Raleigh office in 1994 and relocated to open the Philadelphia office in 1998. Prior to becoming COO, Tim was the Regional Manager of CRB’s East Coast operations, overseeing offices in Philadelphia, Boston and Raleigh.

Sue Dreckman

Senior Vice President, Business Operations

Sue provides oversight and connectivity to ensure that Technical and Regional Operations are supported with the appropriate business infrastructure to operate efficiently. Sue’s scope of responsibility includes interface and coordination across all enterprise functions to link new technology to effective business operations, support effective change management, promote knowledge sharing, and develop processes that improve business effectiveness.

Lee Emel

Vice President of Operations, Southeast

Lee has nearly 30 years of experience with life sciences capital programs and strategic business planning. As a subject matter expert for CRB’s ONEsolution delivery model, he has overseen the delivery of life sciences projects in the U.S. and abroad, including three ISPE Facility-of-the-Year Award Winners. As Vice President of Operations, Lee manages key relationships with regional/national clients and industry partners.

Shannah Falcone

Senior Associate and Vice President of Strategic Account Management

Shannah has been elected to a three-year term on the Board. Falcone, a 15-year veteran with CRB, is responsible for aligning solutions with client business objectives, fostering continuous improvement within client portfolios of work. She is a member of the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) and has contributed within the Lean Construction Institute, the Alliance of Women Entrepreneurs and Life Sciences Pennsylvania.

Tim Hannan

Board of Directors Advisory Member

Tim is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for News-Press & Gazette Company, and has long-term success in driving business and financial results through strategy, people, and processes. He is also Chief Financial Officer for the BERKS Group, a business investment firm, and has deep experience in public accounting.

Lance Nordbak

Chief Operating Officer for North America Operations

Lance is responsible for execution of life sciences and food and beverage projects, CRB’s design and construction operations, as well as its consulting team and business development. Lance joined CRB in 2011, eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer of the Construction Services Group before assuming his current role in 2021.

Sandy Price

External Board of Directors Member

Sandy serves on Evergy and US Infrastructure Company boards, and also serves on the Kansas City Metropolitan Community College Foundation executive committee and on the boards of directors for the NACD Heartland Chapter and Kansas City Women Corporate Directors. She is co-chair of the development council of the United Way of Greater Kansas City. Price was named a Leadership Fellow in the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Paul Skinner

Senior Vice President, Business Performance and Enterprise Risk

Paul works across the Enterprise Services functions including Strategy, Finance and Legal. A long-term operations leader at CRB, Paul brings the perspective of a business unit leader into the Enterprise Services group to drive consistent performance across our offices and regions. Paul joined CRB in 1999 as Philadelphia’s Pharmaceutical Core Team Leader.

Bob Uhler

Board of Directors Advisory Member

Bob provides strategy to senior executives, boards, and private equity firms to build value for their companies. He currently sits on several engineering and construction corporate boards, including TRC, Inc. and Stanley Consultants, and he previously served as Chairman of Great Lakes Dredge and Dock. Uhler also has been named as a National Association of Corporate Directors Leadership Fellow.

Robert Brady

Chief Information Officer

Robert focuses on the information and technologies required to deliver CRB’s products to our clients and business partners, assessing current processes, software, hardware, and directing the executive team on industry best practices for integration with CRB’s strategy. Robert was named CIO in 2021, and has led organizations in a variety of roles within a diverse set of companies, including Sun Microsystems and Oracle.

Danielle David

Chief People Officer

Danielle’s teams are building programs and policies that attract and engage the best in our industry. She has spent much of her career supporting global organizations in various HR and recruiting leadership roles, most recently as HR Director for a global engineering and construction firm specializing in power, and oil and gas. She joined CRB in 2019.

Tim Henquinet

Chief Financial Officer

Tim plays a leading role in the deployment of an appropriate capital structure and ownership programs supporting CRB’s long-term business strategies. Tim has been with CRB eight years in a financial leadership role and was named CFO in 2017. Prior to joining CRB, Tim was responsible for the Financial Shared Services operations at Anheuser-Busch and began his career at Price Waterhouse where he led Enterprise Resource Planning system implementations for large companies and government organizations.

Sam Kitchell

Senior Vice President of Emerging Business Opportunities

Sam oversees piloting and launching businesses in concert with CRB’s strategy and operations teams, identifying and positioning new solutions that maximize client benefit. His operations and capital management experience includes executive positions with some of the most impactful brands in international pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing.

Lance Nordbak

Bart Schubert

Chief Strategy Officer

Bart joined CRB as its first business development professional, serving in that role until 2005 before moving to independent management consulting and subsequent leadership positions with two global AEC companies. He rejoined CRB in 2018 as CSO, leading the company’s strategic and business planning, growth development, market and competitor analysis, and enterprise marketing and communications.

Jim Scott

General Counsel

Jim leads a team of three lawyers who manage the legal affairs of the company, including contracts, project performance issues, insurance, risk management, and matters of corporate governance. He has extensive experience with all facets of project delivery and complex construction matters. Jim joined CRB in 2013 and is a Senior Associate. He is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers.

Fredrik Winterlind

Vice President Marketing & Communications

Fredrik leads all of CRB’s marketing & communications activities which include strategic marketing, strategic communications and sales services. He has previously served in senior Marketing and Sales leadership roles with global responsibility at Ericsson, CH2M HILL and Black & Veatch since 1984 and is an ITSMA Advisory Board member.
