Heather Walters brings over 25 years of experience in architecture and environmental design, driving innovation in decarbonization, climate resilience, and green building certifications. She has led sustainability efforts for more than 100 certified projects across LEED, WELL, Fitwel, SITES, and LBC Core systems, helps shape strategic sustainability roadmaps, and deliver award-winning environmental solutions across diverse industries.
Walters drives innovation by integrating ESG goals into design and construction, helping clients reduce carbon emissions while enhancing operational efficiency and long-term value.
Walters holds several industry-recognized accreditations, including LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, and LFA. A frequent speaker and published author, Heather is also an active member of ISPE and committed to advancing sustainability leadership across the AEC and pharmaceutical industries. Walters holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Ball State University and a Master of Science in Architectural Studies – Sustainability from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
