Carrie Ballard is a project manager with 15+ years of experience executing projects in the life sciences markets. A past recipient of ENR’s Top 20 Under 40, Carrie is recognized as one of the sharpest, most forward-thinking young leaders in the AEC industry.
Carrie is committed to helping her clients improve their facilities, so they operate at optimal efficiency. She has presented at a number of industry events on the topics of operations improvement, lean processes and Six Sigma.

Carrie is an active member of industry organizations including the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) and the Lean Construction Institute (LCI).
Outside of work, Carrie is an accomplished viola player – she has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City and in seven different countries in Europe.
