Jim Mumford, MBA, brings 18 years of experience leading engineering, maintenance, reliability, and capital projects across the nuclear power and chemical manufacturing industries. Throughout his career, he helped companies improve asset performance, operational readiness, and long-term facility reliability. His expertise spans asset lifecycle management, startup and commissioning excellence, maintenance and mechanical integrity programs, operational readiness, and capital project integration.

Across senior leadership roles, Jim was responsible for engineering and maintenance strategy, capital project execution, asset reliability, and operational performance within large industrial facilities and multi-site operations. He has led multidisciplinary engineering teams, managed major capital investment portfolios, and helped organizations navigate growth initiatives, facility expansions, digital transformation efforts, and complex operational challenges.

Jim is passionate about building sustainable operational systems, developing high-performing teams, and creating seamless transitions from project delivery to reliable facility operations. He earned his MBA from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
