Katelyn Deckert, laboratory planner and architect in CRB’s Kansas City office, is featured in Consulting-Specifying Engineer Magazine.
As a former graduate research assistant, Deckert’s article gives a dual perspective on laboratory functions and processes as well as firsthand experience and knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
“Five design concepts for teaching laboratory success” outlines design solutions to reduce potential learning issues and ensure proper instruction is communicated to students throughout the classroom, regardless of location.
