Rucker to Present at Association of Dressings and Sauces Technical Meeting

Ben Rucker will present “Product Formula Scale-Up” during the “Converting a Culinary Recipe to Production Ready Formulas” workshop at the 2017 Association of Dressings and Sauces (ADS) Technical Meeting.
Ben is a member of the ADS Quality Assurance Committee – and has spoken previously on new product developments for industry. As Director of Process Technology at CRB (Core Team 37), Ben provides food, nutrition and consumer products clients with expertise and an in-depth understanding of process design and equipment.
