Pflantz to Present at Measurement, Control & Automation Association Industry Forum

As President of the International Society of Automation (ISA), CRB’s Steve Pflantz, PE will present at the 2017 Measurement, Control & Automation Association (MCAA) Industry Forum held in Atlanta, Georgia April 23-25.
Pflantz will present “Improving Relationships with Engineering Firms” during Monday’s session.
“There are any number of problems that plague an engineering firm working on a large project when it comes to finding the support needed from manufacturers, channel partners, reps, distributors, etc.,” Pflantz explained. “The source of the purchasing dollars tends to get the attention, sometimes leaving the non-purchasing specifier to struggle with getting the needed support.”
Pflantz’ session will explore some of the problems, define the needs, and offer up solutions on how to make the relationship more beneficial for both sides.
