She has been an active member of ISPE, ASME, and IFMA including giving presentations to the ISPE Mid-West Chapter, ISPE Carolina-South Atlantic Chapter, and IFMA KC Chapter on the topic of Operations Improvement (OI), with a focus on lean processes and Six Sigma approaches.

“Unscripted growth and development is a major differentiator of CRB’s culture and what gives me passion day in and day out to build in my career. A multitude of opportunities to engage in is ever present and has driven me to participate in expert teams, corporate initiatives, mentoring, and technical service niches such as OI. These opportunities, coupled with world class design projects, fuel the love of what I do.  I have been fortunate for CRB to provide the diversity of roles that are allowed to be explored and built upon, with support from talented colleagues.”

The ENR Top 20 Under 40 program focuses on individual achievement in the design and construction industry by identifying the sharpest, most forward-thinking young leaders in the industry. ENR Midwest received scores of entries for the program, and a panel of three industry professionals selected candidates they believed best demonstrated excellence and leadership in their professions and communities.
