Eric Ball and Dominic Tate

Thursday, October 21, 2021, 10:50 AM – 11:30 AM

“There are no mistakes, just learning opportunities.” When a team was faced with a four-month timeline for a complete renovation that would typically take 12-18 months, that mindset became crucial. CRB will present how lean techniques helped deliver a COVID-19-related project at warp speed—70% faster than typical benchmarks. The team will focus on lessons learned when applying lean practices in real time. They’ll outline how they eliminated waste as it occurred and adapted work processes with rapidly changing information. Audience members will hear a diverse perspective and key takeaways that relate to everyone.
