Tammy has more than 17 years of experience implementing lean principles into project processes in team settings. She coaches and fosters lean behaviors with project teams and internal team members to continuously improve outcomes, drive out waste and implement various lean tools, such as Choosing By Advantages (CBA). As a certified LCI National Instructor, Tammy uses her expertise to provide lean training and coaching to ensure teams work more effectively to cut out waste in various processes. This often leads to improved project delivery times and delivering more value to customers.
Tammy is the Chair of the Colorado Community of Practice, a member of the National Lean Champions Focus Group, a Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt and a contributing author to the LCI published book: Target Value Delivery: A Practitioners Guidebook.
